Warranty Information
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship resulting from personal, normal household use when operated according to the Owner’s Manual.
Warranty Duration
2 years from the date of purchase.
What We Will Do
- If your Auxx-Lift product is found to be defective:
- We will provide replacement parts or, at our discretion,
- Replace the product at no cost to you once the defective unit has been returned to Auxx-Lift.
Replacement parts may be new or reconditioned. If the entire product is replaced, it may be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or a similar design.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To receive warranty service:
- Provide proof of purchase (date and place of purchase).
- Our trained representatives will help diagnose the issue.
- We will arrange to send necessary replacement parts or a replacement product after the defective unit is returned to Auxx-Lift.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Installation or commercial use
- Damage from accidents or shipping
- Alterations, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Attachments not included with the product
- Staples through wiring, pinched/broken wires, or broken cables
- Power outages or use of extension cords
- Missing or damaged parts from discounted, clearance, final sale, or taped cartons
- Damage from fire, flood, or acts of God
- Failure to follow the Owner’s Manual
