Shipping policy

Your order processing time is 1 to 3 days. Please note that the cut-off time for order placement is 6 p.m. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Your order will arrive within 7 to 10 days on average. We currently offer shipping only within the United States; international shipping is not available.

Mostly all of our orders are shipped via one of our third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order has an item shipped on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Please make sure to put the correct phone number at checkout.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This message will confirm your order has been received by our system, and your credit card was approved for purchase. We will not charge your card until the item has shipped unless it's back ordered and we need to hold an item for you. 

As soon as your order is received on our end, we process it!

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, we will send you tracking information via email. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during the checkout process. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at support@equipstack.com , and we will gladly assist you.
